The game is pretty interesting and really well made. A few ideas to improve it tough, would be to first of all add a loading screen or a scene transition or something similar. Because right now you are loading into the dodge-scene for your starter pokemon for around 5-10 seconds. Second of all the Text isn't a Text but a Button with Text on it which really confused me. Third of all explaining the controls in the title screen would be amazing as well. Besides that tough really cool game and I love that after each stage a new Pokemon gets choosen and the speed gets increase. I would personally decrease the hitboxes tough because it can lead to feel bads if you felt like you didn't hit a pokemon but still died.
Nice the WebGL build definitely makes it easier to play the game.
A few other things you could improve as well would be trying to align the enemy to a grid like the player as well. Or make the player to be able to move freely on your playing field.
There are also some enemies that are stacked on top of each other would be nice if there was some way to fix that (You could for Example always spawn enemies in waves nearly a whole line with a gap between them), because right now sometimes you don't really have to move because you get really lucky or you can't win because you got unlucky.
Still a really great game tough and really well done that you implemented my last ideas/improvements so fast the last time :D.
